Shipping policy

CRU Ecoliving entrusts the delivery of its orders to an external transport service, through which it is not possible to schedule delivery appointments. It is therefore necessary to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address indicated to receive the item(s). If no one is available, the order will be forwarded to the nearest CTT post office, and you will be informed of this situation by email directly from the CTT Expresso service.

CRU Ecoliving ships the ordered product(s) from Monday to Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays, and according to the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery times vary according to the destination country.

For personalised products, the production time may take up to 15 business days before dispatch. After shipment, delivery will be carried out according to the carrier’s standard delivery times, depending on the destination.

CRU Ecoliving will inform the customer of any unavailability of the ordered product(s) and will proceed with a refund of the amount paid within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date the unavailability becomes known.

Delivery is considered completed upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For each order, the shipping fee is automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the weight of the order, destination country, and other applicable factors, according to the current price list:

  • Mainland Portugal (orders over €60): free shipping

  • Mainland Portugal (orders under €60): €3.98

  • Azores and Madeira: €8.00

  • Spain: €6.60

  • Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Sweden): €17.00

For shipments outside the European Union, CRU Ecoliving is not responsible for any delays or customs charges, which shall be borne by the customer.
