The average order shipping time varies between 3 and 5 business days, for orders without personalization. In the case of personalized pieces, the average shipping time varies between 5 and 7 working days. After delivery of the order to the care of the carrier, the estimated time for delivery to the indicated address is 1-2 working days, for mainland Portugal. Depending on the country of destination, the deadline may extend up to 15 working days. Details regarding delivery, including the tracking code, are indicated by email at the time of dispatch.
CRU orders are entrusted to the CTT Expresso service.

CRU orders can be paid via MBWay, ATM or Credit Card.
